We cannot predict the future, so we are worried. We don’t go to work every morning. We went into a different daily routine like working from home. The person whose routine changes is worried. However, anxiety and worry can increase efficiency when appropriately managed because our brain produces adrenaline in worrying situations. Adrenaline hormone allows you to use all your physical and mental potential to achieve a goal. In other words, we have entered a period that will benefit you very much if it is kept under control. So how do we achieve this until the quarantine process is over?

1. TV Off!

We know. There is no transparent flow of information. Twitter and Facebook are shaken with different details. Dozens of people are on the TV for disaster crier. Remember, the human is a “spiritual” being. He always chooses to believe in something. It is more likely to believe in bad news. However, this is unnecessary right now. By taking #stayathome, we will have taken our greatest precaution. We will protect our loved ones by paying attention to our personal hygiene. For this reason, isolate yourself from negative news and negative people. Let’s not forget the diagram below. There is no use worrying about nothing if nothing is going to happen to us. 😉 Remember that unnecessary stress weakens your immune system.

2. Create Your Own Routine

The world is changing, just like you. We broke down our routines for a limited time. We do not get up early and get into the traffic jam every morning. We have to work from home. Contrary to what we have been used for years, laptops are on the breakfast table. The person whose routine is broken feels uncomfortable. So why not create your own routine? Make a plan for yourself. Remember what you have been saying for years, “If I worked from home, I would do…..” Remember that this is a time that is specially reserved for you. You can start the book you want to start for a long time. Or you may be interested in flowers that you have not taken care of for a long time. Remember, if you create your own routine, your brain will not be concerned with issues that worry him.

3.Oxygen will be good.

Remember, oxygen is the body’s main food source, along with water. Our mind works more clearly. Moreover, it strengthens the metabolism. Open your window on these beautiful spring days. If possible, stay in front of your home by maintaining the distance between other people and taking care of your personal hygiene. #SocialDistance Take short tours. Remember that philosophers have focused on walking from an early age. (How walking fosters creativity)

4.Take Time for Yourself

Remember that #stayathome creates quality time for yourself. You can use this time for your self-improvement. Follow articles related to your business. Listen to the podcast. Explore ways to do how you can be more productive and efficient. This change in the world will help you understand yourself. Being busy will relax your brain. The term “peripatetic” since Aristotle expresses that man is much more productive in his spare time. In other words, as American musician Jon Foreman said, “There is a time to be silent to build up a reason to sing again.”

5.Remember That All This Is An Experience.

Atari children who had the chance to be children in the 80s like me will understand well what I say. See all this is an experience boost. You have the chance of an epidemic that occurs every 100 years to come to you. 😎 Make sure these experiences will add a lot to you in life.
These events initiate an enlightenment process not only individually but also socially. According to studies, there is a significant decrease in air pollution and global warming values during the time people stay at home. With the cleaning of the water in the canals in Venice, fish began to be seen. The history of mankind has succeeded in making a breakthrough after each incest. We are entering a period where we can understand each other more socially. Who knows, maybe we will drive the boats to the blues … ⛵

Have Fun!
